Mario Mania has finally used all of our space here on Tripod and is trying to get more. I (Mario Gamer) have tried but something has happened to tripod and am going to summer camp for the next week. I am sorry not to get this fixed but since it is under my name, none of the other staff can help. I hope to have it fixed by June 20th and that is my release date of a HUGE update! Nintendo was quick to remind us that this year is Mario's 21st birthday since his debut in the arcades in 1981. This year, clad in his blue and red overalls, the stereotypical plumber will make his second appearance on GameCube since Super Smash Bros. Melee in the newly named, Super Mario Sunshine. Currently set for an August 26 release, it is sure to be chock full of platform goodness.

Mr. Miyamoto says that he expects the GameCube to last 7-8 years. This isn't entirely unexpected, as even when Nintendo releases a new platform, they tend to continue supporting the previous console. This also doesn't preclude a new console within the typical five-year lifespan.
In addition to this, he also said that he is hoping that Mario Sunshine and The Legend of Zelda will be shown in playable form at E3 in May. In addition, he is working on a as of yet unannounced title also to be revealed at E3.

As you might be able to tell I just got back from a 1 week trip. And haven't updated for a while. So, I got a few new Fan Arts up and uploaded a TON! now if you thought not updating was bad look at this... I am temporarily closing the site. Did I say forever NO! I said TEMPORARILY. 1 new Fan Art posted. I forgot to tell you that in Fan Art we pick good art from other sites unless you send yours in. And the story of Luigi's Mansion is Mario gets trapped by ghosts and they make Luigi go in the Mansion. Luigi meets up with this brainic kid who gives him a vicum thingy that sucks up ghosts.
